Alongside major launches like Storyteller & Crosstabs, Video Interviews, and OneCliq, we shipped a steady stream of smaller enhancements throughout 2025- all focused on making Upsiide more flexible, accessible, and powerful in day-to-day use.
Here’s a look at some of the updates that quietly made a big difference.
Storyteller now offers custom chart creation, giving teams greater control over how results are visualized and shared. Users can build charts directly from study data, tailor them to specific storytelling needs, and include them as standalone insights or as part of a broader story.
This added flexibility makes it easier to highlight what matters most- without exporting data or relying on external tools.
Custom charting capabilities were also extended to OneCliq, allowing teams to visualize social insights in ways that best fit their analysis. By shaping charts around specific themes, metrics, or narratives, users can move from raw social data to clearer, more actionable outputs.
Sharing OneCliq social reports is now simpler and more flexible. Teams can distribute insights more easily across stakeholders, helping ensure social intelligence travels beyond the platform and into decision-making conversations.
This enhancement supports collaboration while maintaining clarity and consistency in how insights are presented.
Storyteller also received a set of behind-the-scenes improvements designed to make insights easier to spot and stories easier to build. Conditional formatting in crosstabs helps highlight meaningful patterns at a glance, making large tables more scannable and easier to interpret. At the same time, upgrades to Storyteller’s AI (GPT-5) improve instruction-following, clarity, and evidence-based insight generation- helping teams move faster from data to confident narratives.
Video testing became easier with new native video upload options. Researchers can now upload MP4 files directly into Upsiide, control playback behavior, and embed videos across multiple question types. These updates remove friction from testing ads, content, and product experiences- all without external hosting.
Accessibility continued to be a key focus in 2025. Enhancements across Upsiide improve support for screen readers, keyboard navigation, image zooming, and overall interface clarity. These updates help ensure the platform is more inclusive and usable for a wider range of users- without changing how teams work.
